EMPATHIZE / IDENTIFY STAKEHOLDERS
In Option 1, I laid out the stakeholders but felt this format wasn’t inclusive enough - too linear and/or divided (literally) by the tree.
In Option 2, this circle layout is more inclusive and better represents the emphasis on open communication and community building.
